Feeling the great weight of our heritage, being of Santorinian decent, we have witnessed through time the lack of focus in the historic and traditional elements of our land as well as the disrespect to the local architecture. As a result, we decided to make our ancestral home available to the discerning visitor, who would appreciate all that Santorini offers.

Our home dates back to 1547 and was characterized as a traditional building in 1985 by the Ministry of the Environment. In renovating the building, we took care to balance its traditional elements and old charm, with contemporary amenities that would provide a hospitable and pleasant environment for our guests.

The presence of the history and tradition of our land is emphasized by the whole environment in Santorini Villas. The building, the library and even the pamphlet in the rooms, with information on the history and the customs of Santorini, seal our commitment to preserve the beauty of our heritage and our desire to share it with the uninitiated.

It is our intent to make the visitor feel at "home"; the island becomes a comfortable and familiar acquaintance through the information we pass on regarding its history, natural beauty as well as tips on how to best take advantage of all Santorini has to offer the vacationing public.

We've tried to realize the true meaning of "philoxenia" through our care and respect for our guest, and we would like to have the opportunity and pleasure to offer you our hospitality.
